Meet Clawdia — From Backyard Beginnings to a Beautiful New Life Clawdia is a beautiful medium-haired gray and white girl with an adorable little tuxedo look. She has the cutest white socks on her paws, giving her a polished little outfit she gets to wear every day. She spent her first several weeks growing up outside in a backyard with her mom and siblings, Snapple, Miracle Whip, and Quinnie . Thankfully, a kind person made sure the little family was fed and cared for while the kittens were still too young to leave their mother. At around 7 weeks old, Clawdia and her siblings were safely brought into rescue and began learning what life as an indoor kitten was all about. And Clawdia is catching on quickly. After spending her earliest weeks outdoors, so many things inside a home were completely new to her. Strange noises, unfamiliar objects, toys, beds, and all the everyday things we barely notice were brand-new experiences. At first, Clawdia might stop and study something unfamiliar before deciding whether it is safe. But curiosity usually wins. Every day she becomes more confident, more comfortable, and more convinced that indoor life is exactly where she belongs. Clawdia is friendly, playful, curious, and loves people . She enjoys racing around with her siblings, chasing toys, exploring tunnels, climbing into boxes, and finding new adventures wherever she can. She is currently being raised in a foster home with older kids , helping her become comfortable with the normal sounds, movement, and activity of family life. Clawdia may have started out as a little backyard kitten, but that is only the beginning of her story. Now she has warm beds, plenty of food, toys to chase, people who adore her, and the chance to grow up knowing what it feels like to be safe. There is only one thing missing. A forever family of her very own. Prior to adoption, all kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens under 5 months old must be adopted with a buddy or into a house where there's a kitten-friendly pet. This kitten is currently in a foster home.
