Hello!  My name is Otter, born 10/15/2025 (best estimate).  You guessed it...I can be a talkative girl and it sounds like a little otter the way I squeak.  My foster mom describes me as a toddler in cat form, probably because I'm wearing this onesie.  Due to a suspected reaction to topical flea treatment before coming to the Rescue, I may always need to wear one.  The area between my shoulder blades will always be somewhat sensitive and the onesie keeps me from hurting myself.  I am truly the sweetest, cuddliest, most playful, and sometimes opinionated cat.  I love to pretend you haven’t fed me in days for extra treats!!!  I did test positive for FELV, but negative for FIV.  I would do best in a household with another FELV positive cat or a friend who could be vaccinated for FELV.  I hope you will reach out for more information and to come meet me!  I’m fully vaccinated including rabies, spayed, dewormed, and microchipped.  My adoption fee is $80.
