Description

Giles is a playful survivor with a loving heart and a best friend named Oz.He and his brother were found locked inside a carrier that had been dumped behind an abandoned trailer during the dead heat of summer. Four kittens had been left without food or water, and no one knows how long they had been there. Tragically, two of their littermates had passed before we found them. Giles and Oz were alive, but dangerously thin and in poor health.Despite everything he had endured, Giles was loving and affectionate, almost as though he knew he had finally been rescued. He was frightened without Oz, especially while his brother was hospitalized. But once Oz came home, the two began following each other everywhere. They seemed to remind one another that they were safe, that they could keep fighting, and that everything was going to be okay.Giles and Oz are an energetic kitten duo who love people, other kitties, and even their foster mom's pup.  They do have very different opinions about the vacuum, though. While Oz considers it an invitation to play, Giles sensibly prefers to hide until it has been turned off!Giles and Oz have been through more together than any kittens should, and their bond helped carry them through it. They are survivors—together—and must be adopted into the same forever home.Giles has been neutered and microchipped and is up to date on his vaccinations. He and Oz are currently available for a meet-and-greet at the Whisker Station Cat Cafe and Lounge in Kirkwood, Missouri.
