Your next sweet treat has arrived, and this one comes with four paws, a motorboat purr, and a little bit of tortitude!   Little Skittles was born the first week of June 2026 and was rescued from a porch along with her siblings.  She was the tiniest of tiny, the little runt of the litter.  But don’t let that petite package fool you.  This girl comes with a BIG personality!   Skittles is spunky, confident, curious, and surprisingly brave for such a tiny girl.  Her small size has never stopped her from investigating whatever catches her eye.  She is determined to explore every nook and cranny - and she has some seriously speedy little legs!    In fact, trying to catch Skittles at breakfast can be quite the challenge.  As soon as that bathroom door opens, she “skittles” right out the door.  One second she’s there, and the next you see nothing but a little black-and-tortie blur streaking past you.    After the breakfast sugar rush, it is time for more kitten fun.  Skittles loves wrestling with her tortie sister, Checkers, and chasing her two brothers. Together, these four are quickly discovering that their kitten bathroom is getting just a little too small.  But they manage to explore every inch of the room, jumping onto the counter, tumbling together in the bathtub, and scaling the kitten tower.  There’s never a dull moment when this colorful crew is on the move.   This little girl always seems to have her purr motor running, and she definitely has a sweet side.  Offer her some head scratches and a little cuddle, and she’s happy to put the zoomies on pause.     Sweet Skittles will be ready to find her furever home after Labor Day, and we have a feeling she won’t stay available for long.  Tortie lovers, rejoice!   A sweet tortie?  Some might call that an oxymoron.  But Skittles is living proof that you can have both sweetness AND tortitude in one tiny, colorful package.  Contact CCR today and make Skittles your next favorite flavor of love.  Don’t let someone else scoop her up, because life is just a little sweeter with Skittles in it!
