Hi! My name is Viktor! My friend Scar and I were rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite my living conditions, I am very loving, enjoy being pet and making biscuits. I am happily enjoying all the beautiful things that life has to offer. When you walk in the room, I will be the first to greet you because I love people! You can come meet me anytime Wednesday through Monday between 12-4pm, no appointment needed (Tuesdays we are open by appointment only).
