Leroy if handsome boy with endless enthusiasm. He makes an ordinary day an adventure. He loves chasing a ball in the play rard. He will run and play until he is worn out with tongue handing out. He will sit for the the longest giving kisses and soaking up affection. He is just too energitic for kennel life. Spending long hours in a kennel with little activity and human interaction, makes him a little crazy when he leaves his kennel. But after he burns off a little energy, he is sweet, loving and ready for his home. Because of his excessive energy, some dogs just don't like all his jumping and running. If you have other dogs, we recommend you bring them when you come to meet Leroy. He would be best with in a family with older children because he is just a young fellow himself and full of spunk. But once he is out of the Shelter, and has an established routine, we expect all that energy to be used up quickly.
