Zeke is a 16 week old Basenji mix looking for his forever home!He’s a sweet, playful puppy who is wonderful with kids and loves snuggling on the couch just as much as he loves running, chasing, toys, and treats. He does great in his crate overnight and would thrive with a larger, playful dog who can keep up with his energy.He is still very much a puppy and will need a patient, experienced home willing to continue working on training. He’s an impressive escape artist, a heavy chewer, and is still working on potty training. He can also play very rough and is beginning to show some dominant behaviors with other dogs. He has a high prey drive, so a home with chickens or other small livestock would not be recommended unless they can be kept completely secure.His ideal home would have a securely fenced yard, plenty of exercise and enrichment, and preferably a larger, playful canine companion.Zeke is available for adoption now through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale PA.
