Description

Meet Cornelia Kernelton — a 5 year old sweetheart who was found wandering through a cornfield all on her own. She came to us already spayed, and after her stray hold passed with no one coming forward, she’s more than ready to pop into her next home and start her new life.Cornelia is incredibly affectionate — the second you open her kennel, she’s climbing right into your arms for pets and attention. She’s a total lovebug who knows exactly what she wants, and what she wants is you. While she’s been here, she has given a few little hisses toward other cats, but with time, patience, and a calmer environment, that may very well change. Right now, she’s hoping for a loving home where she can soak up all the affection she’s been craving. She’s also great with kids, making her a wonderful fit for a family looking for a sweet, snuggly companion. If you’re searching for a cat who will adore you from day one, Cornelia Kernelton is ready to meet you.Cornelia's adoption fee is $50, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive!
