Puppies there are often born into neglect — chainedup mother dogs, dirt yards, no food, no vet care, and no one looking out for them. Many are dumped, abandoned, or left outside in dangerous conditions.I’m a small Lab mix, about 30 lbs, and I won’t get much bigger. I’m a playful boy who loves my toys and will toss and catch them all day. I’m friendly with people and do well with other dogs when introduced slowly. I’m an easy size, fun, and ready for a home that enjoys an active, happy dog.My life was rough before rescue. I was found dumped on the street in a small cage. I tried to escape, and the wire rubbed my back, leaving a painful sore.
