Description
Location: Raleigh, NC MEET WYATT — AKA DASH! Location: Raleigh NC but open to out of state adoptions He spent the beginning of his life trying to survive. Now he just needs someone willing to show him what it means to finally belong. He was just a young boy, wandering the roads with his brother, trying to survive. No home. No family. No one to protect them. Just two scared boys in eastern South Carolina, fending for themselves—and carrying wounds we may never understand. But somehow, Wyatt never stopped believing in people and loves all that he meets. He is a 1½-year-old, 30-lb neutered little boy who thinks your lap is exactly where he belongs. And he is SO ready for his forever. Loves everyone Good with other dogs hes met Even good with cat friends OBSESSED with toys Lives for hiking and exploring Fast, playful, bouncy, goofy, and full of life No issues in the car Never soils his kennel He does have a few things his future family needs to understand. Wyatt is still young and can be very mouthy, and he has a tendency to chew things he probably shouldn’t. Because of this, supervision is important, and when he can’t be supervised, safe crating is essential. He also comes barreling out of his kennel at full speed and a door frame may be in his way, so very young children may not be the best match simply because Wyatt’s enthusiasm could send a little one flying. But underneath all that puppy-like energy is a sweet, affectionate boy who just wants his person. Wyatt has already survived the hard part. Now he needs someone to show him that life can be so much more than surviving. Wyatt/Dash is available through ACDRA. Could YOU be the person who gives Dash the forever adventure he’s been waiting for? Share Wyatt. Tag your hiking buddy. Help us find his person.
