Say hello to Relish.  This beautiful girl has had quite the journey so far. She has spent a good part of her life out exploring the streets, having plenty of adventures and learning how to be a strong, independent kitty. But now she’s ready to hang up her explorer boots and trade her life of adventure for something much cozier—a safe, secure, and loving forever home.  Because Relish has spent so much of her life relying on herself, she can be a little nervous when meeting new people. She may need some time to warm up and discover that her new humans can be trusted. But once she feels safe and comfortable, her sweet side begins to shine. She loves being petted and will happily show you just how much she enjoys gentle attention. She is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can take things at her own pace. Because she can be nervous, we have found that she would do best in a home without young children, or with older, considerate children who understand that she needs patience and gentle interactions. With time, kindness, and lots of love, Relish can learn that she no longer has to do everything on her own. All this sweet girl wants is the chance to feel safe, trust her humans, and finally enjoy the wonderful life of a pampered cat of leisure complete with cozy naps, gentle pets, and plenty of relaxation.  If you have a quiet heart and a little patience to share, Relish would love the opportunity to show you just how sweet she can be.
