Hi, I'm Lennox! I started out as a very scared boy, but once I realized I was safe, I discovered something important: I really, really like people. These days, I’m a certified snuggle bug who would much rather be hanging out with my favorite human than doing anything else. I’m happiest when I’m following my foster Mom around to see what she’s up to. When she settles down I’m right there with her, usually curled up on her lap or stretched out on her chest. I do enjoy playing, but honestly, being close to my person is my favorite activity. I also like other cats and enjoy having feline friends around. I’m still working on my cat-to-cat social skills, though. Sometimes I get so excited about making friends that I forget to pay attention to the other cat’s hints that they need a little space. I occasionally earn myself a swat for being a bit too enthusiastic, but I’m a friendly guy who is still learning the rules of cat etiquette. I’ve also spent some time around a dog. I wasn’t particularly interested in becoming best friends with the dog, but I was able to avoid them without any drama. So a calm, respectful dog may be okay with me, but I’m definitely more interested in my human than in making friends with the canine members of the household.  My ideal home is one where I can have a person to follow around, a comfortable lap to curl up on, and plenty of opportunities for snuggles. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who wants to be wherever you are, I think we could be a pretty great match.
