Meet Topher! Topher is a beautiful mix breed! She has long salt and pepper hair that’s wired in texture. Topher is friendly with everyone she meets. She is pretty low key and just wants to be with her people. Topher is friendly with other dogs, cats, and kids. Her adoption fee is $350. We estimate her to be 4-6 years old. She is around 28lbs. *Topher can scale a 6ft chain link fence so she will need let out on a leash or have a privacy fence.  All Paws and Prayers animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (age appropriate) and are given monthly flea/heartworm prevention.  Adoption fees also include the pet's spay/neuter and microchipping.  The first step in the adoption process is to complete a no-obligation adoption application at www.pawsandprayers.org.
