Description

APPLICATION REQUIRED from www.dashdog.org  Adoption Fee $450 - the fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE and is not specific for any dog or puppy; it goes to the expenses of the organization as a whole* OUR APPLICATION IS ON www.dashdog.org and must be completed in order to set up a meeting. Our listed dogs ARE READY IMMEDIATELY; we only meet with families WHO ARE READY TO ADOPT! IF YOU APPLY and if WE APPROVE YOU it means we are assuming when you meet any of our dogs and fall in love you're ready to ADOPT AND HIM OR HER HOME!   Oso and Rio A Wonderful Pair of Bonded Brothers looking for forever to begin again together Oso and Rio are an incredibly sweet, friendly bonded pair who are hoping to find a loving family to call their own. They just turned two years old on September 3 but are very calm and well-behaved young Australian shepherds! Both Oso and Rio are playful when it’s time for fun, but also content to relax and cuddle once the excitement is over. These two truly enjoy each other’s company and have a wonderful energy level together. They also get along beautifully with other dogs and have absolutely no history of aggression. Oso and Rio are ● Crate trained ● Housebroken ● Trusted to have free roam of the home ● Non-destructive when left alone—they’re perfectly happy to nap and wait for their people to return. Their owners love them dearly but have lost their home and are choosing what’s best for these two young boys; they have made the heartbreaking decision to entrust DASH with finding the perfect new home. We need to keep Oso and Rio together, as they truly enjoy one another’s companionship. If there’s already another dog or two in the home, they should still work out fine since they get along with all other dogs. As with all DASH dogs, we are looking for families where someone is home for much of the day or where the dogs won’t routinely be left alone for 8–10 hours. Dogs are family members, and Rio and Oso deserve a home where they can be included in everyday life and enjoy the companionship they have always known. If you’re looking for two easygoing, affectionate companions who will fill your home with love, Oso and Rio may be the perfect addition to your Fur-Family! If you’re interested in adopting these two sweet brothers please visit our website for the adoption application: www.dashdog.org Then TEXT SARA:214-549-9905 So someone can check your application and get back to you! General Info - PLEASE READ! *Our $450 adoption fee is based on the cost of rescuing, transporting and vetting each dog; we do not try to compete on prices with municipal shelters whose funds are paid by the city. Our philosophy is to rescue highly adoptable dogs, have them live kennel-free in private homes for temperament assessments and individual personalities. We work hard to match EACH dog with the right family - kids or no kids, other dogs male or female and/or cats. With very rare exceptions all dogs over 6 months will be spayed or neutered PRIOR to adoption - dogs under 6 months will include a spay/neuter date AND referral info for lower-cost surgery if the adopter does not choose to use her or his personal vet. OUR VETS WILL NOT PERFORM SPAY NEUTER SURGERIES UNTIL DOG IS 6 MONTHS OLD.
