Description

Everyone meet Star! With her beautiful looks and award winning personality she is sure to be the STAR of the show wherever she goes!  Not to mention all the hearts she is sure to steal. This sweet girl is 2 years old and 50 pounds.  Her story started when she arrived at a shelter partner timid and scared along with her rogue co-star and their pups.  (See the Toy Story litter!)  It was soon evident that she was destined for great things.  Scooped up by her foster family, she quickly settled into life on a farm and can often be seen hanging out with her entourage, an eclectic crew of critters from cats and dogs to horses, goats and cows!  She has even been seen having a pleasant conversation with a chicken on occasion!  Star is ever seeking the limelight and flirting for attention, which she gets quite easily. Don't be fooled - she is definitely not a diva. She is still very much down to earth, and usually seen rolling in it.  When that is done, it's time to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pond, splashing with friends and then sunbathing on a nearby chair.  She loves being with her people and furry friends so much that she does not require a fenced in yard. When out and about on the town, Star loves to be greeted by her adoring fans.  She is always happy and well mannered with everyone she meets.  Occasionally her past shows through and she will get nervous and unsure but with the love and encouragement from her supportive catemates she quickly regains her composure and is ready to shine.  At home, she is housebroken and crate trained.  If your story is missing that little something extra, maybe you need some Star power!  To find out more on how she can make your next chapter the best one yet, reach out to Freedom German Shepherd Rescue and talk with your adoption coordinator.  If you do not yet have an adoption coordinator, please complete an adoption application at www.freedomgermanshepherdrescue.org.
