Riggs is 5 months old and was returned (almost immediately) from his adoptive family because the resident dog just DID NOT WANT A SIBLING. Riggs is very dog social and is in a multi dog foster family. He's fully vetted, house and crate trained, and as outgoing as a pup should be. Riggs wants his forever family to step right up, please so he can show you what an amazing guy he is.
