Description
BIO Hello! My name is Winter. I am house trained and crate trained. I should be crated when you cannot supervise me. I will just take a nap and wait for you to come back. When strangers come to the house, I like to be properly introduced and then I am fine with them. I love people and love to be around them.I have met a lot of different dogs and with proper introductions I am good with them. I get excited but settle down when you tell me to calm down. I have not met any cats, so I do not know how I feel about them. I am learning about manners and commands. I hear obedience classes are a lot of fun. I pull a bit when on leash, especially if I see a squirrel, we are working on that. I like playing with toys. Balls and squishy toys are my favorite. I am tolerant of being groomed and having my nails done. I was very good at the vets.I would like to find an active home with a family that likes to go hiking and do other outdoor activities. I am very good at climbing and jumping. I think agility classes would be a great way to show off my skills. I am a very active girl, so a home that already has another dog that likes to run around and play would be great. I would like someone to continue my training to help me become the best girl I can be. Could you be that special someone? Follow me on Facebook: #EchoDogWinter2026 For more information, please contact adoptions@echodogs.org. Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states. Visit www.echodogs.org/available-dogs to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog IS available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $350. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
