MUFFIN*

Description

Meet Muffin, the orange and white adolescent. After a death in the family, Muffin’s previous guardians took in a senior cat from the deceased. Muffin was a bit too much energy for the older kitty. The family made a tough decision to bring Muffin back to the Shelter to find a new home. Muffin has lived in a home with a 5 year old child and did well. He loves food and bouncy-style toys. Muffin is energetic and would thrive with daily mental and physical stimulation. Muffin used his litterbox reliably in his previous home. He was indoors only. To keep Muffin safe (as well as our local wildlife), Muffin should be indoors only moving forward. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them
