Tiana is a beautiful 2½-year-old tortoiseshell girl who is full of personality and ready to find her forever home! She’s outgoing, social, and happiest when she can be part of the action. Whether you’re relaxing on the couch, moving around the house, or settling in for the night, she wants to be right there with you. If you’re looking for a cat who wants to be your companion rather than your cuddle buddy, this sweet tortie could be the perfect match. She has plenty of love to give—and she’ll show it in her own wonderfully unique way.  She may not be a traditional lap cat, but she has her own special way of showing affection. She doesn’t enjoy being picked up or cuddled, but she absolutely loves being near her people. You’ll often find her rubbing against your legs, keeping you company, or following along to see what you’re up to. At bedtime, she’ll happily curl up on the bed and sleep right at your feet. She’s also curious, playful and fun-loving, making her a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys an interactive, engaging cat with a confident personality. Tiana does not care for other cats, but tolerates them if they respect her space. (Currently, she lives peacefully with 5 other cats!) She has lived with a senior dog who primarily ignored her and she seemed to enjoy his company! We believe Tiana will do best in a home with no children, or older children who understand how to read her kitty language and respect when she says “no more pets please!” Tiana has tested negative for both FIV and feline leukemia. She has received all age appropriate vaccinations including rabies, FVRCP, and FELV. She is spayed and microchipped.
