Description

Shrimp is a gentle and sweet cat who is learning every day that the world can be a safe place. Because he was rescued later than his siblings, he can be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, his loving personality starts to shine. He enjoys being close to his people and has recently begun following us around the house. One of the most endearing things about Shrimp is that he still hasn't quite figured out what toys are—watching him try to understand them is endlessly entertaining. While he's not a fan of being held for long periods, he loves affection on his own terms and continues to grow more confident every day. Like his brother Squeak, Shrimp has overcome a difficult start in life, including the loss of two siblings and the challenges of surviving outdoors. Despite everything he's been through, he remains incredibly sweet and resilient. Now, he's ready for a fresh start with a family who will give him the love, patience, and security he deserves. This is Shrimp's second chance, and he's more than ready to make the most of it.
