Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION:  Shelby is a five-year-old female Jack Russell, 16 lbs.  She was surrendered to us as unable to care for.  Can be a bit shy at first with new people but is very, very sweet once she trusts you, except, the longer she is with us in our office the more she is showing a distrust of men - she does not bark at women but goes full decibel when men are at our counter.  She is great with other dogs though can be a bit bossy at times & cats.  Just not  sure on children with her so saying no for now.  They didn't tell us she was housetrained but we can say she is doing great in our office now that she is on a schedule.  She did NOT do good in our kennels so we brought her to our office and she has been much happier.  She is gentle taking treats and is a very sweet gal.  Someone who knows Jack Russell's would be great for her.   DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more.  (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
