Meet Macy, a beautiful Mini Australian Shepherd who is 1 year old and weighing approximately 25 pounds. Macy is an intelligent, joyful, and incredibly loving girl who is looking for a family that will make her a true part of their everyday life. Macy does well with other dogs, cats, and children, making her a wonderful possibility for a family with other pets or kids. She is very smart, eager to learn, and enjoys being involved with the people around her. Macy is already crate trained and is currently working on her house training—and coming along nicely! With consistency, patience, and lots of praise, this intelligent little girl should continue to make great progress. Macy needs an active and involved family. A home with a safely fenced yard where she has room to run and play freely would be ideal. She would love someone who enjoys walks, hiking, adventures, and family outings and wants a four-legged companion by their side. Macy is being rehomed because her current owner works full-time and simply cannot give her the time and attention she deserves. Her owner feels it is unfair for Macy to spend so many hours in her crate and wants to give her the opportunity to have a fuller, more active life with a family who has more time for her. Macy is a loving and joyful little girl with so much to give. She isn’t asking for much—just room to run, adventures to enjoy, a family to love, and people who will include her in their lives.
