Spice is a darling little Norwich Terrier girl who was born March 1, 2019 and weighing a solid 16 pounds of total cuteness.  This little thing has all the elements that will stop walking past you while out for your daily stroll and new friends will be made instantly.  If you’re looking for a little dog with a big personality this girl we call Spice is a candidate for a Doggy Emmy. Sweet, exuberant and a girl that is full of fun, affection, and just the right amount of sass she will catch your heart and your soul if you are looking for that middle aged companion who has settled in to life. She is the perfect companion who can keep up with an adventure but is also happy to curl up for some well-deserved snuggles. Spice loves her zoomies and has a fun, energetic personality. She’s a bit of a tomboy and enjoys being active, but she also has a very sweet side—and she’s always happy to hand out some little kisses!  Spice has previously lived outside with a large Shepherd, so she’ll need a little time and patience as she learns about the joys of being an indoor companion. We think she is more than ready to trade outdoor living for the spoiled, cozy, lap-dog life she deserves! She is crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and knows her “sit” command. One important thing to know about Spice is that she has been known to escape from a fenced yard. An apartment or townhome where she will be safely walked on leash may actually be the perfect setup for this little escape artist. She knows how to DIG OUT.  But if you are smarter than her and have a secured fence that she cannot dig out from then you qualify too! Her safety comes first! Spice is looking for someone who will give her the patience, structure, love, and pampering she deserves as she makes the transition to indoor living. So far she shows quick learning skills and loves the air conditioning and soft doggie beds. Spice is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations, and she will be microchipped before adoption.Spice would love a home where: She can enjoy the comforts of indoor living Her family will be patient while she adjusts to a new lifestyle She gets regular walks and exercise She's with other dogs and cats She gets plenty of affection and, of course, some well-earned lap-dog privileges!
