Larry is a sweet, velcro young dog at just 1 year old and weighs between 12-13lbs. He was surrendered because the family's senior dog was not accepting of the youngster.  Foster Home Update:  Larry is the bestest boy ever! He is good with dogs of all sizes and cats as well. Larry LOVES to play with both our dogs and cats - basically whoever is up for fun at that particular moment! Our dogs also help give him confidence as he can be a bit startled/timid with new noises/in new situations.  Because of that he would really benefit from having another dog in the home.   While there are no children in the home, his calm and gentle demeanor leads us to believe he would be a.o.k with respectful children.  He is housetrained, but we do keep him on a regular schedule which includes potty breaks during the day as we work from home. He would benefit from someone who is home more than not as he does attach to his people quickly.  Larry will let you know he is not fond of the crate by being vocal, but if the crate is in an area where he can see you, he does quiet down quickly. He is more a snuggler than a cuddler. Meaning he prefers not to be on your lap, but right next to you all snuggled up to your side ready for pets! Larry will make a great addition to any home.     We recommend training for all our dogs!     **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance.
