Description
Figgy has no idea that she is special, but she is. For the most part, she is a normal pup- but her cerebellum (the part of her brain responsible for balance) never fully developed in utero. She has cerebellum hypoplasia, which causes her to be a bit wobbly at times, and to walk a bit differently than other dogs. She is looking for a home that is willing to love and care for her- regardless of this difference. She is 100% cuddle bug, and would do best with another gentle dog in the home- one that will play with her, and keep her company. She loves kitties too! Figgy is doing well with her potty training, and she is crate trained too. She is learning her leash lessons, and rides well in the car. She would do best in a home with only a few stairs, and\or with a human who will give her some help navigating stairs. A secure fenced in yard is a must to keep her safe (structured fences only, please), and on the right track with her potty training. She would do best in a home without children, or where all children are 13 or over. If you would like more info on Figgy's best fit for a home, we are happy to answer your questions. Once you have applied, we will be in touch.
