Description
These two special needs cats (Sneezy is FIV+ and Popeye has one eye) live with the same rescuer and they are buddies but do not need to rehome together. Popeye Popeye was a local community cat who survived being hit by a car. After continuing to return, he was neutered, and a year later he underwent eye surgery and sadly lost one eye. Once he warms up and learns to trust you, Popeye is a total love bug! ❤️ He enjoys playing with my granddaughter and other foster cats and has recently started sleeping at the foot of my bed. Popeye will need an indoor/outdoor home once fully acclimated. He can be adopted with his bonded friend Sneezy, but they do not have to go together. A careful adopter screening will be required. Sneezy Sneezy came from a colony and was thoroughly vetted by our local humane society. He is a small 7.5-lb boy with a stunted gait, but don't let that slow him down—he loves climbing tree trunks! He is FIV-positive and will need routine veterinary care as needed. Sneezy is an easygoing, affectionate boy who loves sleeping, playing with other cats, and soaking up the sunshine. He has formed a special bond with his foster mate, Popeye, who is also fully vetted and special needs. They can be adopted together, though Sneezy may also be a good fit for another appropriate home. These friendly buddies live in Corvallis with their rescuer and their adoption fee is $100 each. This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
