Meet Reef! At just 4 months old and 28 pounds, Reef is an adorable Boxer/Pug mix who is already showing what a wonderful companion he can be!Reef is about 95% housetrained and does a great job letting his foster know when he needs to go outside. He’s only had a couple of accidents when his little whimper went unheard. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and could do well with dog-savvy cats with proper introductions and continued training.Reef does very well on a leash, although like any young pup, he can occasionally decide he has his own ideas! Luckily, he’s very treat motivated, which also comes in handy when working on his leash and crate skills. He’s a quick learner and eager to please when there are treats involved. Most of all, Reef is loving, playful, and affectionate. He loves to play, but he’s also perfectly happy to curl up and sleep when playtime is over. He’s a sweet puppy who is looking for a family ready to continue helping him learn and grow into the wonderful adult dog he’s destined to be. If you’re looking for a fun, loving puppy with a great start on his training, Reef may be your guy! He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and will be available for adoption starting 9/6/26.
