Bluey was part of an unexpected litter and his mom just was not into being a mom.  So the rescue took them in.  He is very affectionate and easy-going.  As a young puppy, he needs a lot of training and needs a family who can provide consistency and patience while he learns. He would also benefit from a companion dog in the home.
