Momma Dog is an amazing, approximately 4-year-old girl who has been loved as part of a family for the past three years. She was originally rescued from MCACC while pregnant and went on to raise eight puppies in her foster home; two of her puppies and Momma herself ultimately became part of the family. She is now looking for a new home due to a significant change in her family’s living situation. Momma is extremely intelligent, eager to please, and learns quickly. She knows several commands, is crate trained, does well in the car, and enjoys toys and playtime. She is affectionate, gentle, even-tempered, and loves people, although she can be timid and shy at first. Once comfortable, her sweet and goofy personality shines through. Momma does best as the only pet in the home, as she is not comfortable with cats or other dogs. Her history with children is unknown, so a home with older children or adults may be the best fit. Momma is a wonderful companion who has so much love to give and is ready for a family who will give her the stability and affection she deserves. Complete an application and meet Momma!
