Description

This pretty little lady makes us very happy—and reminds us why it’s so important to give cats time to decompress before deciding who they truly are.Aspen arrived at TJO with many other kitties and was understandably very worried about all the changes. But just look at her now! In the last week, Aspen has blossomed into a total love. She enjoys gentle pets, makes the best biscuits, and leans right in when you’ re giving her attention. Aspen would be happiest in a quieter home with older teens and up. Since she is comfortable living with lots of other kitties, having a feline friend—or two!—would be a great fit for her.Sometimes a little time, patience, and kindness is all a worried kitty needs to show us the sweetheart hiding underneath. Aspen is ready to keep blossoming in a home of her own.OTHER PETS: Other kitties would be nice for her to have as she lived with lots of kitties.OWNER EXPERIENCE: Aspen's adopter should have experience with more shy kitties.KIDS: Aspen is best suited for an adult only home.ACTIVITY LEVEL: Aspen has more of a couch potato personality.VETERINARY CARE: Aspen is looking forward to meeting her new vet and receiving on-going vet care.LEVEL OF SOCIALIZATION: Aspen's adopter must have patience as Aspen settles into her new home.GROOMING: Aspen will need regular brushing to keep her pretty torbie coat matt free.
