This is Mabel! We are not sure what kind of dog she is, but she sure is cute. She seems like she could be a lab mix of some sort. She is about 8 weeks old, and we believe she will be a medium sized dog when she gets older. Mabel is everything you could ever want in a puppy. She is spunky, sassy, and sweet. She has not quite mastered potty training, but she knows how to use her puppy pads, and will go outside. She sleeps all night in her pen and can keep herself busy with her toys. She loves other dogs and would love a home where she could have a friend or two to play with and learn from. She also does well with cats! She is working hard on her manners but needs someone who is willing to continue this work so she can be a respectful citizen in society! Mabel is microchipped and has all of her age-appropriate vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting/adopting Mabel please fill out a dog adoption application on our website at www.hspcwi.org. We will contact the approved adopter within 2 working days. Her adoption fee is $300 +tax. A portion of the adoption fee will be returned to the adopter after her spay surgery. The spay surgery will be done here at HSPC at no cost to the adopter when Mabel is around 5-6 months old. Mabel will go home with 3 days of food, a blanket, harness, leash and toys!
