Description
Meet Flip!! Flippy is 2 years old and 17lbs. He’s a Shih Tzu who’s had a fresh groom and he’s ready to be adored. Flip is just fine with dogs and would also be just fine without. He’s great with people (and actually loves men). His prior owner was unable to care for him and made the tough decision to surrender. He’s been loved and wants loves! Flip has always had a yard and has a difficult time with a leash at the moment (it’s a work in progress!). While he works on his comfort with the leash, he would benefit from a fence yard.
