Meet Baby — an absolute love bug who is ready to find her forever family! ❤️ Baby is a beautiful young white Pit Bull mix, estimated to be just under 2 years old. Although she’s still practically a puppy herself, it’s clear that Baby has already been a mama at some point in her young life. Despite her difficult start and everything she’s been through, this sweet girl’s heart is still completely full of love, forgiveness, and joy. ❤️ After being rescued from the streets, Baby tested positive for heartworms and bravely endured months of treatment.  She never let it get her down, and she has now successfully completed her heartworm treatment ! She’s feeling great and ready for her happily ever after.  And Baby? She is a social butterfly! CAT-FRIENDLY: Baby absolutely LOVES cats! She has completely bonded with her foster family’s cats and considers them her very best friends. DOG-FRIENDLY: She also does wonderfully with other dogs. KID-FRIENDLY: Baby loves older children and would make a wonderful family companion. HOUSE MANNERS: Inside the home, Baby is an absolute dream. She is fully house-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and come. She also does great being left alone for extended periods, making her a great fit whether you work from home or have to head off to work during the day. And when you ARE home, get ready for some serious cuddles! Baby is a total lap dog who loves nothing more than curling up beside you on the sofa. Of course, she also has some strong opinions about sharing that couch… and by “sharing,” we mean she plans to become a professional couch hog. Baby has great manners, but she still has some playful puppy energy. She loves having a little project to work on — like deciding her brand-new memory foam bed would be much better with all the foam pulled out! She can also make surprisingly quick work of plush stuffed toys. So, durable toys are a must for this girl! Think Kongs and tough chewers, and you may want to keep your favorite throw pillows safely out of reach. Baby is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm-treated, and ready to find her forever family. She has been through so much already, and now all she wants is a family to love her and a soft place to land.
