As the months passed, the stress took its toll, leaving him scared and shut down. When Jesse was labeled rescue-only and his time was running out, an incredible foster stepped up—and we brought him to safety. Instead of facing an unimaginable outcome, Jesse received the greatest gift: TIME. Time to decompress. Time to feel safe. Time to learn that people can be kind. Time to finally be a dog.
