Description

Duncan is a handsome pup who is currently with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon with an approved foster or adopter. Meet Duncan, the Labrador Retriever with endless love to give! This playful and energetic boy has a spirit as bright as the noonday sun. Although his exact age is a mystery, Duncan's heart is forever young. At first, he might be a bit shy, but once he gets to know you, he'll shower you with affection, eagerly wagging his tail whenever you're near. His curious nature leads him on tiny adventures, always ready to explore with his new best friend. And when the playtime is over? Be prepared for the best cuddles you've ever had; Duncan loves nothing more than snuggling up and keeping you company.   Duncan would thrive in a home that matches his zest for life—a family or individual who enjoys staying active and spending plenty of time outdoors would be ideal. While he's shy at first, a patient adopter who can give him the time he needs to adjust will be rewarded with his full devotion and trust. Duncan is waiting to meet someone who appreciates his unique combination of energy and tenderness. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's ready to fill your home with joy and laughter, come meet Duncan and see if he's the perfect match for your family.   Duncan   is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. His  adoption donation is $500. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
