Hi, I’m Tommy. I can be a little nervous when I first meet someone, so please give me a moment to decide if you’re a friend. A calm approach, a little patience, and some tasty treats will help me feel safe. Once I’m comfortable, I’ll melt into your pets, climb right into your lap, and may even give you a few kisses! I’m still learning how to walk on a leash, and I’m a little unsure about having my feet touched. I’m looking for a patient family who will help me build my confidence at my own pace. I’ve politely exchanged sniffs with another small dog, but I was much more interested in cuddling with my person. If you give me the time I need to trust you, I’ll show you just how sweet and affectionate I can be!
