Philip does well with other dogs but would prefer calm energy to begin with as he gets to know his friends. Loves all human contact and seeks his comfort and reassurance through physical touch and cuddles. Could use some help building confidence in new surroundings. When exploring a new area he will be attached to your hip watching how his handler interacts with new things and learning how to be a social butterfly.
