Pinta is a sweet mama who has officially earned some me time! This lovely girl recently raised five little beans in a foster home, and now that her kittens are growing up, it’s Pinta’s turn to be spoiled. She was a little fearful when she first arrived, but with some patience, love, and a safe place to blossom, Pinta transformed over the next few weeks into a sweet, playful, and increasingly confident girl.Pinta loves treats (and who can blame her?!) and is discovering just how wonderful life can be when you’re not busy taking care of five babies. She’s ready for a home where she can continue to come out of her shell, enjoy some playtime, collect treats, and soak up all the love she deserves.Pinta is available for pre-adoption. Come meet her, fall in love and take her home after her spay surgery. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week. Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
