This handsome dude is Bruno, a wonderful German shepherd mix who has lots of spunk and spirit. He is a talkative fella and will let you know how happy he is throughout the day with a little howl or and happy whimper. Bruno is approximately 2 years old and currently weighs 55 pounds. He is as sweet as they come! Bruno loves people and gets along well with other dogs; he does best with dogs his own size or larger. This boy absolutely loves playing with toys and can occupy himself with stuffies or chew bones.  Adoption Requirements: A securely fenced-in yard and another similarly sized dog in the home who is active and playful is a must. Bruno needs adopters that will include him in their daily lives and who will enjoy taking him on daily walks and/or hikes. Bruno loves laying with his foster mom and snuggling on the couch or recliner. He’s a very sweet, loving dog who would do best with adopters who want a companion dog vs an independent dog. Bruno is completely crate trained and sees it as his comfy-place. Bruno has also been very well behaved with the cat in his foster home. This dog has been examined by licensed veterinarians, provided inoculations, been tested for diseases, dewormed, spayed, and microchipped; additionally, he has been treated for heartworm disease and has done very well.
