Description

Charolette is one of 18 cats and kittens who were rescued from death row at a North Carolina shelter. These animals were scheduled to be euthanized the following day, but fortunately, they were saved just in time. Charolette made the journey to safety along with her four nursing kittens. Charolette’s gentle and nurturing nature truly stands out. She is so sweet that she even welcomed and cared for another motherless kitten, nursing and loving it as her own. It is hard to imagine that such a loving cat could have been at risk of being put down. Since June 2016, Charolette has been waiting with us for her forever home. She is an independent cat who will thrive in an environment where she is given the patience and love she needs to adjust. With the right family, Charolette will become a loving and loyal companion.
