You can meet this furry feline friend at The PURRfect Match Adoption Center in Andover, MN. We typically have around 20 adoptable cats on site—each one eager to meet their new family. Our visiting hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3–7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM. 14033 Round Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MNMeet Blossom — a gorgeous 2-year-old calico with a whole lot of love to give and absolutely no hesitation about asking for it.Blossom is one of those cats who doesn’t just request affection. She commits to it. If she decides it’s time for some love, expect a determined little head pressed into your hand, followed by her entire body leaning into you as if she’s trying to become one with her person. Personal space? Highly overrated.When she isn’t demanding — ahem, seeking — your attention, Blossom is perfectly content enjoying the finer things in life: watching the world go by from a window, stretching out for a nap in a sunny spot, and generally just being the beautiful Blossom that she is.Blossom previously lived in a home with one other cat, and we were told she preferred being the queen of her castle. Interestingly, that hasn’t been our experience with her at the adoption center at all. Here, she lives among cats young and old and gets along beautifully with the group. Maybe Blossom would prefer to be your one-and-only spoiled princess. Maybe she'd enjoy a younger feline friend or a handsome gentleman cat. Or maybe her previous roommate simply wasn't her cup of tea. Cats are allowed opinions, too!What we do know is that Blossom has been an absolute doll with us. She’s affectionate, engaging, wonderfully loving, and just persistent enough to make sure you never forget how much she enjoys being adored.If you’re looking for a beautiful little flower who will happily bloom wherever the sun — and the attention — is plentiful, Blossom may be your girl. ----------Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota.
