Meet Tum Tum, a 13-year-old long-haired Miniature Dachshund weighing just 10 pounds. This sweet little old man is ready to find a loving home where he can enjoy his golden years. Tum Tum is reportedly house-trained and good with other dogs, and we were told he is tolerant of children, though he has not been tested with dogs or kids while in our care. He appears to be either completely blind or have very limited vision, so he'll need a patient and understanding family willing to help him navigate his new surroundings. Despite the changes life has brought him, Tum Tum is a sweet little guy with plenty of love to give. If you have room in your heart for a senior companion who deserves a soft place to land, Tum Tum may be your perfect match. His minimum adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
