Description
LOOK CLOSELY. This may look like the transport photo we shared a few days ago—but look again. This time, the story is very different. That same transport carried healthy Boxers to their adopters on Saturday. We were celebrating. Smiling. Breathing just a little easier. And then two more Boxers needed help. Now. Not later. Now. So we did what rescue does. We gathered. We called. We coordinated. We figured it out. And less than 48 hours later… they are safe. Please meet Amora, 6–8YO, fawn girl, and Virginia, 4–6YO, sealed brindle. They arrived at our vet carrying intestinal parasites, heartworms and filthy. Their little bodies were underweight, and years of dirt had to be washed away. Years of dirt. Years of living outside. Years of being used for breeding. Underneath it all are two incredibly sweet girls who still want to trust. Still want to be loved. Still have hope. And now, they have a chance. This is the part of rescue people don't always see. The celebration doesn't last long. There is always another call. Another dog waiting. Another life hanging in the balance. It never stops. But neither do we. Amora and Virginia are safe. They are being cared for. And soon, we hope, they'll learn that life can be soft. Safe. Full of good things. We can't wait to show them. https://chboxerrescue.com/adopt/
