Description
My name is Goose! I was born to a feral mom and lived outside for the first 12 weeks of my life. I was trapped in a live, humane trap and came to the Ames Animal Shelter. I have been in a foster home with a nice family who taught me that humans aren't that bad. I am still gaining confidence so I will need a family that will be committed to my continued socialization. When I'm scared I still hiss but once you start petting me I remember that it's not so bad. I really like to play with wand toys and to carry toys around in my mouth. I would need to go to a home that already has another cat to help with my socialization or I can be adopted with another cat or kitten from the shelter.
