Aliyah is 3.5 months old and weighs 8 lbs. She’s playful and active, friendly with people, and social with other dogs. Aliyah and her siblings, Caitlin and Clark, were found with their mom Monique near a gas station in Tijuana. The puppies were approximately 5 days old; mama did a good job keeping her babies safe!
