Fred looks way older than he is. The white on his face is deceiving. He is just a young 2-year-old boy. He is smaller than both Edna and Edith. He loves sun-bathing. Fred has bonded to both Edna and Edith. He is much calmer when they are near. Fred is a tender-hearted beagle who could really use someone to spoil him! Fred is on 30 days of doxycycline for testing Lyme +. Fred is neutered and up to date on his Rabies vaccine. He has received flea/tick/deworming medicine as well.
