*Please email Paigesantini@yahoo.com if interested in adopting Milan* Milan is a sweet, loving, one-year-old tabby girl who was lucky enough to be born on the property of a Good Samaritan and friend of Animal Rescue of the Rockies who always cares for the kitties who show up on her property.  Milan was born to a feral mama cat, but Milan herself is sweet! She may take a few days to warm up, but then she loves cuddling, rubbing up against your legs, and playing (ping pong balls are a favorite). She also enjoys her catio and would be excited if her new home had one, though it isn't a requirement.  Milan could be adopted as a solo kitty, but she will most likely do well with other cats as well. She is currently living with another kitty, Kiwi, who she gets along well with (the second photo is Milan with Kiwi). She can be adopted with Kiwi if someone is looking for a pair, though Kiwi is much more skittish and will need a patient adopter. We don't know how Milan would do with dogs.  If you're interested in meeting Miss Milan, she is being fostered in Monument, CO. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $350 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These "guardian kittens" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These "guardian cats" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for kittens (6 months & under)    $150 for cats (older than 6 months)    $100 for senior cats (8 years or older) If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!
