Are you looking for a man to worship and adore you? Meet WILLIE, aka Diamond Willie because of the little diamond on his head. Willie is the sweetest most loving little terrier mix guy who is looking for a new human to love. Willie is about 7 years old and right around 17 pounds. His breed mix is a mystery. Some chihuahua or rat terrier or toy fox terrier? Who knows? He's a low/medium energy companionable guy who wants to be cuddled and loved and will definitely want to "supervise" you in the bathroom. Other dogs? No interest, he's fine coexisting with them but has no interest in playing with them. Cats? Whatever. People? Love love love. Getting photos of him was easy for his foster mom, he looks right at the camera because he's always watching her. Willie is housebroken and crate trained but probably doesn't need to be crated, he's a perfect gentleman in the house. He's a quiet boy who walks well on a leash and would be perfectly fine in an apartment or condo. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Willie at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
