Meet Dewey! Dewey is an estimated 4-year-old Shih Tzu/Cocker Spaniel mix with the sweetest little personality. He’s a small, easygoing guy who is happiest wherever his people are—preferably curled up in a lap getting some snuggles. Dewey loves playing with other dogs, but his battery doesn’t last very long! After a little playtime, he’s ready for a cuddle break to recharge before heading back for round two. He’s also great with cats and would absolutely thrive in a home with children. His gentle, go-with-the-flow temperament makes him such an easy dog to love. He’s crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is doing really well with house training. He does best when kept on a consistent schedule and has only had the occasional accident. Dewey can be a little nervous in the car, but once you’re on the road, he rides very well. More than anything, Dewey just loves being part of the family. He’ll happily follow you from room to room, curl up beside you, and make sure you’re never short on company. He truly has one of the best temperaments and would make an incredible addition to so many different types of families.
