Kumo

Description

When we took Kumo into rescue, we thought he was an Akbash mix. Rarely do we do DNA testing but his foster mom was curious, and we were a bit surprised to find out that our boy is an honorary Akbash only. Kumo is a Lab/GSD mix and his love of water and fetching is proof enough! This young boy may have had a rough past before he found himself in a Utah shelter and it has taken a lot of time for him to learn to trust. His circle of friends is small. Kumo needs time and space to warm up to new people. His timing! Kumo has been having a great summer break, doing some traveling with his foster mom and his doggy foster siblings. He does great with all dogs, and cats! And has had a blast as a regular at the dog park. Kumo is being fostered in ID.
